Return Policy

At OrganizeSmart, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may submit a return request at support@organize-smart.com, and then return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If so clear pictures must be sent to email above.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
